There are many different types of sailing equipment available for purchase, and there are several different types of boats to choose from. The following is a brief description of each type of boat:

Single Handed Sailboats

These types of boats are usually used by beginners who want to learn how to sail without an instructor. They are typically smaller than the larger multi-hulled boats, and they do not require an engine. They are designed to be sailed using only one person. Most single handers are made with wood and fiberglass, and they are often painted bright colors.

Dinghy Sailboats
